Place the unused boots or apparel back into the original PALLADIUM shoebox and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return labels provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
